Indian cuisine is incomplete without it. It’s a dry sauce of spiciness used with every Indian cuisines and it gives your meal a special taste and an excitement of eating it.
COCONUT GARLIC CHUTNEY - Take coconut, chillies, tamarind, ginger in your mixer and mix them well till you find them as a paste. Then put your pan on a heat and add mustard seeds urad dal and roast them till golden add curry leaves to then add this tadka to your paste mix them well and its ready to serve.
ONION CHUTNEY - Heat you pan with 2 teaspoon of oil and add channa dal, urad dal, peanuts, chillies. Fry them on a medium heat till it gets golden them add garlic(exceptional). Then add onions to your tadka fry it for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame add curry leaves too then put everything in a mixer and mix it well till you find your tadka as paste on an ending stage add salt according to taste and its ready to serve.
Mango pachadi - Peel your mangoes then chop them. Put your pan on medium heat add mangoes with some water allow them to soak then add jiggery and salt. Add asafetida and chillies on pan allow them to cook put this tadka on your mango paste and its ready to serve.
Coriander chutney - Add chopped onions, coriander, green chillies, salt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder and half cup of water to the grinder, mix them well and your coriander chutney is ready to serve.
