Say cheeeeese! How about having something made full of cheese? Hey are you drooling? I am. Cheese is something which is likely to be eaten by kids, the youth and basically by everyone so how about making something delicious with cheese and having an Indian tadka in it. So let’s get start with -
Cheese Veggie Sandwich - Chop 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 capsicum and half boiled corn. Then take 2 slices of bread brown/white put some maggi sauce on it and then chopped veggies on both of it and cover them with the cheese slice put both the slices individually in the oven for about 40-50 secs until the cheese gets melts, after it gets melts sprinkle some oregano and chilli flicks on it and it’s ready to serve.
Onion Cheese Rings - Take 2-3 big size onions, cut them into rings and keep it aside. Make combinations of 2-2 rings and put cheese slice in it chopped in thin slices. On the other hand take the flour, the baking powder, the salt and some chilli powder mix them well. Put onion rings in it coat them with the batter then coat the onion rings with breadcrumbs after coating them fry them in oil until it turn to be golden colour. Ready to serve.
Cheese Parantha - Mix a bowl of flour, water, salt, after making a dough cover and keep the dough side for 20 minutes. Chop 1 onion, 1 capsicum and after 20 minutes make a chapati of the dough add salt, chilli powder, and chopped vegetable and grate the cheese on it then make a roti of the ingredients. Ready to serve. With every bite of it you will get happier.
