Stir-fried beans: Firstly cut the beans roughly into 2 inches and blanch them in a pot of hot water for about 2-3 minutes until its tender. Now drain the beans and put it in cold water to stop cooking further. Heat a pan, add oil and butter. Add garlic and red chili flakes and sauté for 30 seconds. Now add the beans and cook it till 5 minutes stirring in between. Add salt, lemon zest, and pepper, and it’s done. Green beans salad: Firstly slice in some onion and let it stand in vinegar for a few minutes. Now blanch the green bean for 2-3 minutes until soft. Take a bowl whisk in soy sauce, honey, and peanut oil. Add the beans and gently toss it. Now add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and peanuts. Add a pinch of salt and enjoy. Green beans soup: Pressure cook beans, tomatoes, and carrot till 4-6 whistle. Let it cool down and make purée out of it. Now heat a saucepan and add butter, then add garlic and chilli, then sauté for a while. Add the purée and keep on stirring. Bring it to boil and adjust consistency.
