Hi Revathi. An Executive MBA program is a good option for professionals. It tends to be flexible and allows the individuals to attend classes in the evening hours and on weekends. For online MBA,you will have to consider an institute with good accreditation and one which offers good career opportunities. Also a switch to a different sector may mean that your previous work experience may not be valued. It is best to join the MBA program with moderate salary expectations if industry switch is sought. With your good undergraduate qualifications and prior work experience and work skills, you will over time have high market value.Do check which online /executive programs offer HR programs.Let me know if youneed more help on this.Best,Monica
