A lot of you have asked about getting back to work after a sabbatical. This could be because of marriage, children, illness etc. among other reasons.

Here are a few articles you may find helpful. Also please contact the Sheroes team to help you with job placements as they also facilitate women getting back to work.

Apart from the above, you should go through job postings by startups and SMEs along with women run companies.

it is also a great idea to create a linked in profile and add relevant people from your industry to your network along with following some choice influencers.

A lot of intern companies also help place women like you into internships which could ease the transition back to work. Please look them up. hello intern is a good example of this. Last year they had run something along these lines. Godrej also has previously run second career programs for women.

All the best !
