Listen! Your inner voice wants to be heard.
We women, they say, have a sixth sense. A strong one - probably stronger than the one in men. This sixth sense sends us strong signals - like little flashes of lightening or sudden realizations. Or feelings that feel like a bottomless pit in our gut or what feels liks palpitation in our heart that makes it go helter-skelter. More often than not, these are warning signs. It is our inner voice telling us silently, not to do or say something, or not to go somewhere, or not to listen or not to trust someone.
When the inner voice is quiet, take it as a go-ahead because the voice is not protesting and is allowing us to go with the flow, with our thoughts and our actions. At such times, you will feel everything is going smoothly, without a hitch.
Our inner voice always gives us professional and personal cues like quiet little yellow post-its pasted everywhere. You don't even need to close your eyes or go on mute to listen to your inner voice. All you need to do is to feel the voice. You can hear it even when the loud speaker on the street corner is blaring beyond the acceptable decibel limit. Because it is your inner voice. And it will always speak the truth.
