I may not have all the answers immediately, but I will research, ask around, do a little bit of mulling and I will give you an answer.

But, for me to answer your queries effectively, you do have to frame your questions properly. 

Here's how:

Tell me all about yourself. Describe yourself - choose any way to do this. You can describe yourself physically, through your hobbies and interests, by sharing your dreams, hopes, aspirations, tell me how much you have studied, if you dropped out, if you studied something by choice or because people told you that might help with your career. These details help. 

I really need to know where you live. This is important. Most women who want careers never explain where they live and where they would like to work and I cannot help them unless they give me a context. Opportunities vary with country, region, city, town. Women are the least mobile people in a workforce as there are serious constraints in our country as to where they can live and work without interference. Urban areas are excellent in helping women achieve their ambition, but not all cities have the support systems required to enable women to work. Even from home. 

Education is never enough. I truly believe that there is no limit to how much one can learn and grow. Do not forget to tell me how much you have studied - describe this in detail, but also tell me what your academic interests are. For example, you could have done an MBA but are secretly in love with English Literature or web designing. Tell me that. It will really help me to counsel you better. And be open to learning. Remember, this is the one investment you will make that will only impact YOU.
