Project 100 : Let's reach out to 100 potential employers to find our dream employer ..no stopping till we get what we want

To be successful in finding the right job for yourself, even if you have the best qualifications and skill sets, what you need the most is attitude and mindset of a sales professional. And this becomes more important if you are back into the job market after a break.

A sales mindset means, understanding what skills you can offer, creating a pitch accordingly, identifying your target customer and reaching out to as many as you can. A sales professional understands that s/he may have to reach out to 100 potential customer to get one right buyer hence the sales professional doesn't get demotivated or frustrated with NOs of first 99 potential customers. Neither does a confident sales professional, stops believing in the product, just because a large number of customers say not very good things about the product..

So, ladies if you are looking for opportunities, all you need to do is, make a list of 100 potential employers and start reaching out to them. Don't stop till you have knocked at all 100 doors. In all probability you will have what you want before you reach to count 100.
