It means a balanced mix of men and women at the workplace for diversity of ideas, thoughts and actions that lead to a business growth.

Which means we are scripting a "Growth story" as women and not a "Support Us story."

For women who are driven by a passion for a career, it means sharpening our capabilities to make us people to contend with. Team management, commitment, knowledge of the job, client relationship where required, a clear growth path chalked out for oursleves is essential, if not critical.

Life will intervene.

We all have that other hat to wear when we are back home, or beofre we leave, or even through the day. But that only builds our multitasking skills. 

The flip side. Be ready for trade offs. Yes there are trade offs.

There are times when we will miss those moments with the children and family.

Days when a fever is monitored over a phonecall and not in person.

Nights when we stay awake to complete an assignment.

But then, " the strength of a woman lies in being who we are."
