Hi Revathi,\n\nThanks for writing in\n\nHaving experience in IT , why do you want to work in HR ?\n\nTo your next question , yes a correspondence in HR is valued depending the\ninstitute you choose to do it from\nHowever ,since you have worked in IT before , so after a course in HR you\nmay have to again start working as a fresher in HR\n\nDo you want to take this approach ?\nwhere you again start afresh\n\nThe next options is you continue working in IT , if you want to do this ,\nthe first thing you may have to do it\nis ,start taking up some small courses from very good institutes in IT\n\nbut first evaluate what you did in IT BEFORE , what you want to do now and\nwhat are those courses highly in demand in IT NOW\n\ndo this research before you invest in taking up an IT course\nThe go for it and you shall surely have many opportunities coming your way\nin IT\n\nBest Regards,\nMehnaz Amjad *PMP,SHRM SCP ,ITILv3*\nPh :+91 9177400155\n\n\n
