Q10. Can I get the contact numbers of the company I applied to?

The company numbers are confidential, and we cannot share them.  However, if you have queries for a particular company, please let us know at . Our team will connect with them on your behalf.

Q11. I have not heard from the companies after I applied. What do I do now?

Don’t worry. Once you apply for a job, your profile is sent to the potential employer. Once you are shortlisted, the employers will contact you. This process can take some time. Meanwhile, we add new career opportunities regularly. Do have a look and shortlist suitable options from the latest offers.

Q12. Is my profile secure on the website?

Yes, your profile is absolutely secure. You can safely add information to your profile. Nothing is shared without your permission. Profiles are sent to potential employers only when you apply for jobs with them, or shared with mentors, when you ask them a question.

Technical Queries

Q1. I am unable to apply for jobs, even after completing my profile. What do I do now?

Apologies, for this tech glitch. Please do a check your profile and confirm if all the fields are filled in. You also need to make sure your email-id is verified. Click the verify email-id link on your dashboard. You will get a mail from us, once you click the link. In case you are still not able to apply for jobs, please contact us here. We will be glad to help.

Q2. I can’t set a password using the link you sent, can you help?

Yes, we can help, please do send us the detail of the error that pops up when you click the link. Share your phone number and our experts will get in touch with you ASAP.

Q3. Can I make a new account be using the same email-id?

Nope. You cannot create a new account using the same email-id. Do contact us here if you are facing a problem with your existing account. We will be happy to help fix it.

Q4. How to login to my account?

It is simple, you can login right here:

In case you have forgotten the password, click on the ‘forgot password’ link to reset the password. Once you do that, you will receive a confirmation mail from us. In case you still can’t login, contact us here and we will help you reset your password securely.

Q5. Why can’t I update, save, or add a phone number on my profile?

This seems to be a technical error. Please share your registered email-id and phone number with us here . We will check the problem and resolve it.

Q6. Why are the links in your mailer not working?

Please let us know which links aren’t working. We will check, fix the problem if any, and resend the links to you again. 

Q7. How do I deactivate / delete my profile?

Sincere apologies if something on has led to this decision. Please do let us know how we can help resolve your concern, and improve your experience on In case you still want to deactivate your account, we will do that for you.

Q8. Why have I have not received Email-id verification/Password reset link?
