Details about the event
Mid-life transition occur to both men and women anywhere from about age 37 through the 50s. However, this transition may turns into mid-life crises; and women are more likely to go through it than men. For women, it may be a bit earlier, often between the ages of 35 and 44.
Most of us come through the process smoothly without making major life changes, however for some, a midlife crisis is more complicated.
Most people who have a difficult time during midlife and go into crisis mode do so because of external factors. They may be experiencing stress in their life that makes the transition more difficult or they may have childhood issue that were never dealt with that come to the surface during this time. It can be an uncomfortable time emotionally which can lead to depression and the need for psychotherapy. Let's realise and be aware of certain facts on mid-life which may help you, your spouse, your mother or father or any of your friend or relative.
The session will be focus on signs and symptoms of mid-life crises and the simple steps to overcome it. It will also help you know if you or your loved ones are only going through mid-life TRANSITION, mid-life STRESSOR or are actually in mid-life CRISES.
Join us on this worth attending session on 17 December 2017 at our Dwarka centre.
