Celebrating Motherhood With Random House India

We’re happy to share with you that we’re hosting a contest in association with Random House India, this Mother’s Day!

All you’ve got to do is share a write up in about 50-80 words on: “Do mothers make better women leaders” and you could get featured on the official Random House India blog!

Also, the winners get a copy of Lean In For Graduates by Sheryl Sandberg, published by Random House India.

For your reference, here’s an example for what your entry could be like:

I think mothers make better women leaders because they are more compassionate and understanding of the people around them. They also make better managers as they’re more patient and have mastered the art of multitasking. As a mother, she has to get back home on time to attend to her family and that somehow forces her to be more efficient at work by prioritising things effectively.
