Pros- It can be a long settling switch to ACS. The company has around 7-8 years old female employees.
Work- life balance can be achieved easily to a large extent but It all depends on how good your immediate team leaders/managers are.
Work from home is easily granted (depending on the role)
The higher management is quite co-operative and understanding so any concerns raised get addressed
Cons- Not a good payer.
- Not a good place for a fresher (be it a male or female)- you won't be able to justify your skills and roles once you are out of ACS.
My company until recently had very flexi work policies that were a boon to working women . However recently the organization has revoked its work from home policy and expect all employees to be in office for 9.5 hours. This could be one con for women to work in the organization.
I would still rate the organization as pro women. We have a healthy respect for women and equal opportunities to grow. There are women centric forums and sharing of ideas.
