As a company it's not too bad for women. I worked there for 5 years and always try to keep my words. Though I face challenges for my health was at stake. I have to produce medical documents several times as the personnel in hr management keep changing.
They take care of women safety very crucial. There business policies are prior in respect to everyone. You will have emergency nos for any grievance addresses. The centre at Kolkata is not preferable though if you go by their condition you will be on safe side always. The experience is altogether nice. Due to some personal reasons I was not able to serve notice period, for that they charge a huge amount of negative settlement. I had to avail legal advice to get my claims in hand. Still I would say if someone wish she can, the workplace is nice.']
