Pro being that if you stick with the organization for years, they may send you overseas to their office in US
There is not much to learn from the people in mid-top management
The owner (Sandy) never interacts with its employees - he has appointed a handful of people to take care of the entire Noida operations. There wasn’t a single woman in the entire mid-upper management. Not a single female! Employees want to be connected to their owner – hear plans for the organization, get to learn from fellow associates. People in the management hardly have any business management education behind them. Its more 'you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours' philosophy there. Moreover, one of the most important reason for being hired is not your credentials, skills but where you stay. Yes, the transport department runs the human resource there! Also, the annual increment depends only on whether Sandy feels like giving or not to his employees. Needless to say – mandatory over time is a common thing. And oh yes, they don’t pay their employees above executive level for any OT they do.
