I have never felt that I am stopped from pursuing the opportunities for being a women. Infact every person at ValueLabs gets equal opportunity to prove themselves irrespective of the gender.
ValueLabs generally believes in finishing the work under the given timelines rather than spending longer hours at office.
ValueLabs has a grievance cell and an sexual harassment cell which have been closely operated under the supervision of the key member of the leadership.
It all depends on the rapport one has with their manager. Even though being a crucial resource for my project, There has never been a gender bias(at least in my case ) , and I was always given challenging and advanced work to improve my skill set. Sometimes workload could be stressful, but I guess it's the same with all companies. Although the salaries are low compared to industry standards, I feel learning skills cannot be compromised.
