Usha has some very employee-friendly policies. The HR is very active too and very approachable.
They do not have a concept of late sittings. Very few people do that during times of deadline. People adhere to office timings. They have the option of some flexible timings and also a quota of short leaves every month (you can come late, or leave earlier in a day).
Work wise its a traditional company, sometimes weighed down by processes and senior top management. But they are hiring young teams to change that.
Also, it would depend in which department you would be joining. Each has their own challenges.
