a) Safe place to work. There will be no harassment (any kind of harassment) for Women.
b) If they are offering good package, then yes you can count it as an advantage.
c) Very good place to learn things because it is mostly people driven company rather than procedure driven.
d) No politics - atleast not as much if you compare it with other corporates.
a) Atmosphere is very strict in Thomson. In other words, I would say it is not an employee friendly company.
b) Growth rate may be slow after you join. Monetary benefits are very less. Appraisals are very much delayed.']
