2. Pros -
The salary is good
The current principal is as concerned about his staff as he is for the students so the work environment is good.
The campus is lovely and equipped with everything - great place for children. The place is very safe as they have security 24x7
They have a good infirmary / ambulance and doctor on call.
Living quarters for residential teachers are pretty good.
Since it is an IB and IGCSE school the workload for teachers is huge!
The students are a lovely lot but quite forward in their speech and manner so it can be quite intimidating if you're not mentally prepared.
The campus is quite far from the town but staff do get a lift to town ( I think) but there is transport available.
Like all work places, some staff can be very political and being a residential school it sometimes gets pretty bad since so many teachers live on campus.
