Ethics the company follows and the women friendly policies.
Health care benefits n flexibility in switching to various departments of work so as to balance between home and work.
As it has multiple branches within the city, it will be helpful to commute. We can choose that even before joining. Can talk to HR on that.
On-site opportunities are good but it depends upon the project you are in. I hope she may not be interested as kids may be studying here. But TCS shares a part of the dependents expense if the employee has to travel.
Women associates especially will receive many opportunities to continue their work if their personal circumstances demand them yo quit job and this is really appreciable.
Work from home is an option if the manager is ok with it or the project nature is so. Else, that isn't a policy of TCS.
Your package when compared to employees of other companies having same skill set and experience would be higher than that of TCS.
