1. Timings - this particular aspect is not exclusive to Setu but to any organisation in branding advertising and media. Because we have clients from different sectors, their spends on media are different and more over anything business may require anything at the last moment due to market dymanisms, timings are really not under any one's control. There is surely an in-timing but very rarely a set out-timing
2. Setu by nature is a very Marathi agency. So the marathiness really prevails in there.
