RBS has a crèche for those working women at RBS who doesn’t have any support at home for their newly born or even grown up kids. Moreover, if you want you can get work from home option as well twice a week, may be. Wonderful place to work
Pros- crèche at work, work at home option (twice a week), flexible working shifts one can opt as per the requirement of the process.
Cons- less difference b/w personal and professional life.
As far my knowledge RBS is an excellent place for women employees where women are treated with respect and equality. The work is also with less pressure compared to other companies.
Regarding the creche facility i don't think they have that facility. Also there is no work from home option.
These organisation are great to work with all all are very much women friendly.
Some of pros are good working environment and culture which is transparent and respectful.cons can be odd working hours which one may need to follow since this companies have onshore business outside India.
I worked in RBS from 2012 to 2015 from Chennai. RBS is quite women friendly.
Work life balance, understanding peers, good maternity benefits and consistent pay hikes and decent work hours are some of the pros that I could think of.
Technology wise, they are not on the top and still use legacy stuff. Also onsite opportunities are rare to come by.
RBS is a great place to work with. Working environment is great with helpful and friendly colleagues.
Women are totally safe there. It was compulsion for me to leave the job, Otherwise I would have never left working there.
And it is saying that ratio of male is to female is 40:60.
Very helpful team I worked with them for 2 and half year n was expecting in my 2nd year and when I was 9 mnths pregnant then also I use to come for work they never forced. you can imagine there were no tensions or stress in work and I would love to work there till my last week of delivery ppl use to joke you should come in ambulance :).
Can't think of any cons as such maybe they should have more jobs opportunities for women who goes on break and want yo join back n work with RBS.
pros :Women are treated equally. I got the chance to work in hongkong RBS though there were other male employees.
con:family day :interaction with other employees families was not there little cold on that side. Maybe now they would have these events.
pros on time work no work pressure to be taken at home just be punctual.
It starts early at 8.am and till 5.00 pm which works for working mother.
1. Work-life balance is very good.
2. Sometimes employees needs to stretch for work, being a mother it's tough to decide.
3. Employees not get holidays in other countries processes for Indian festivals that is also very sad for mother.
4. Sr. Management is very good, regularly employees get cascade sessions, meetings with the employees.
5. Regularly employees get recognise by managers and management for good work.
RBS business Services is a great place to work with.
It provides utmost security for women employees. If you see there have been many women who have been working here for more than 5-6 yrs.
The only problem which might cause pain to you is the work timings as majority of shifts start with 11.30 am to 8.30 pm. .
