All the male colleagues and managers are nice and respectful, they don't discriminate regarding gender and they also don't allow women to work past 8:00pm-8:30pm. They care for woman employees' safety.
Pros would be: it's women friendly, men and women are given equal tasks, you can even avail the sick leaves when you are having your periods or any other illness. They are understanding. But if you use sick leaves beyond the given number, it'll be LOP.
Cons: You'll have to bring your own pads/tampons and spaz tablets there. They don't have it there. There might be workload and urgent deadlines sometimes, but it's the same for all. Being a woman has nothing to do with your tasks or designation there. You'll be treated equally, or I must say, more gently than the male employees. Everyone is friendly there.
