Its a 5 day working week across the organisation, weekends are off, working hours are set. So barring emergencies, the work week is clearly defined. All managers at the company - and I've worked with most of them- go out of their way to help if there's a problem at home. The employee age profile is young,a large number are young parents, so they can empathise with you.
Maternity leave is 6 months
On the downside, there's no creche facility. There's no option of flexi-work. Its a fairly rigid 45 hour working week (9 hours a day).
