Its a 9 to 5 job and most of the times you are not asked to stay back and do any overtime or extra work. So its convenient for working mothers to attend to the demands of their families and they can be certain about their timings. That is to say you have a fixed working schedule and in those hours only you are required to complete your work unlike various other organisations.
But there might be times, specially when the Commission is conducting any seminar or other program where the organisation becomes demanding and a lot more is expected out of every employee.
Also, most of the appointments in the Commission are on contract basis and usually it is renewed.
Further, you don't get other benefits like medical paid leave, TA, DA, PF, gratuity etc. alongwith the remuneration.
