I worked there when I was not married and yet my experience was not that great. Of course, it will also depend on the team that one is a part of. The processes are good though.
With some mandatory regulations enforced by the government, it should be safe and more women friendly now.
As an Organisation it has policies and procedures in place to help out the employees if they need any support.
The work culture may differ depending on the project location. No. of working hours sometimes more because of Project schedules, type of work you will be doing. It purely depends on the project that you are in. Please check whether they allow for flexible working option in advance if you are looking for such opportunity.
It is more like an average Indian IT companies with tight client dead lines and schedules. As I joined satyam as a fresher I never needed a work life balance at that point. And now since the company has totally been re-branded Now. I do not think I can be much of help here.
As per my past exp, wfh and are dependent on clients and type of job.
