The place is really very safe for women to work. They have many policies which safe gaurds the security of women employee. They have a lovely Cab facility which any employee can avail if u are working after office hours and a security gaurd accompanies you u if u are the only lady employee traveling.
The good thing about Infosys is you get a good opportunity to learn a lot of new things. Infosys training is one of the world know best training program.
It has a very healthy working environment. People are approachable and ready to help but that depends upon the project and the team you get.
Coming up to the cons the work pressure is a bit too much. If you are into a development project then there are many deadline that you have to meet. Sometimes it becomes difficult
to manage both personal as well as professional life. Secondly on-site opportunity is very less , people who are already there are not ready to come back but this is the scean in most IT companies.
My experience with Infosys has been a good one.I have enjoyed every bit of it.']
