There are some good points about women working ,it is a relatively conservative company in terms of doing business as well in some employee practices, considering it is an mnc.The conservatism enables some ethics in business. Ofcourse, it is an industry where business rests on channel payments and commissions. IFFCO is captive business but for other corporate level business, interests of persons instrumental in transacting the business have to be seen. Claim history is an important criteria, if not found suitable company chooses not to do the business.
One big problem is that corporate offices employees have a very comfy cushy job, even the ladies there. But other location offices, no matter what the structure like SBU, LSC, or bima kendra , ofcourse leaving rural locations where no female employees, things are difficult for all employees as a whole as corporate office people have attitude over small towns plus the power definitions, corporate office feels they control everything. Too much women politics exists.
