The pros are many...
1. It is a work from home setup yet the feel is of an amicable corporate enviorn where time to time training sessions are scheduled and other related activities are conducted.
2.Depending on the location of the team member Puja often helps in attending seminars/events related to recruitment/resourcing which will help hone the skills of the employees.
3.There is ample work and opportunity to learn and deliver in HR Central.
4.Good performances are well incentivised in terms of recognition and going up in team hierarchy.
5. It has a very transparent structure for payments.
The only con is Puja is extremely particular about the deliverables to clients, as recruitment is target and time bound profession as hence sticking to timelines is something she always prefers.
You need to have some dedicated time and working space as during working hours interaction with candidates and clients may need formal environment
