While they dont go out of their way to make things better for their women employees yet they are not too un cooperative in the time of need either.
Since the organization is still in its growth stage with operations expanding from domestic to international there's lot of scope for employees to learn n grow.
Its not very set in it ways yet so u can squeeze in n make ur own space....make your mark and all, however this also in turn makes working extra hours with no extra benefits a common practice.
There will be work pressure, but if u got skills....u can rise quick cz they need skill...wid d ongoing expansion they wil grab all d help they can get. Lastly, all of this also gives ways to lotsa offce politics, be careful, dont confide in any1...no one absolutely cz u won't know who knws whom in this place....n wht whisper will land u in a mess....
Depending on which department you are gonna be placed in Pros and Cons would vary. But on a whole they have Saturdays Off until ur dept calls u to work on an Alternate basis, Bank Holidays assigned to your respective region, this is again irrespective of HO working on that day.
Safe and Hygienic in all the terms that women think on. Since i was at the HO we usually use to leave on time and there is usually no one who waits back.
Cons - They are still not at par with the other airline working. They still have reports that get generated manually. There is no sync in two applications or systems, so if you generate a report from one database you need to edit and do ur stuff so that you can upload in another database. There might be a staff crunch because they dont believe in hiring very soon once a person leaves and because of it the rest of the team gets really really stressed out.
