FLIP doesn't differentiate on the basis of gender. EVERYONE gets the opportunity to grow, provided they are performing. The company is closely managed by its promoters - Ms Anjali and Mr Jai. They have imbibed a very healthy and fair work culture, within the company. Moreover, one can easily approach/escalate any matters to them, if required. They do listen.
NO BOOTLICKING CULTURE
But, the work pressure is very high (especially for Managers and above levels). Taking leaves is an issue, because of high work pressure.
