Good facilities like creche and medical , flexible hours and transport
Changes are frequent one needs to upskill individually to remain
Very rigid glass ceiling to move up the ladder too many to decision makers to promote
Working with Exl services was my best ever corporate experience.
With no negative points, there were a lot of opportunities for the female staff. A separate women forum was made. They used to organise workshops for the encouragement of working women. Very professional educated people with a very very decent working culture.
Well this very much depends on project . Overall my experience is ok.There is not much work load, flexibility in time but at the same time don't expect much professional growth or major hike in salary during appraisal until and unless you share better rapport with managment.Work life balance is very good.In soem fo the project s they do provide work from home facility.
Pros: work life balance, work from home , not much work load.Usually people will have some side line business or prepare for higher studies because they get so much of time apart from their work
Cons : To get promotion you REALLY have to be "yes" person .Share good rapport with managment else they are not supportive when it comes to promotion n all.
salary hike and bonuses is not that great if you compare it with other organisation.
The place is nice. Few team leaders are really nice to consider ur issues if you are a performer. They also try accommodating you in day shifts if available. Not really nice at paying but it is a nice place to work with. Also depends on the process she is hired for. If you have back-office as a part of the process u might get a few stupid people staring and passing obscene comments on you however y can raise voice immediately.
You do not have a.c. cabs. And you might have to travel by metro. But I know people(women) who have been working with the company for 12-15 years now.
