My personal experience was not that good and I would say it totally depends upon the manger/team you work with irrespective of the organization you are aligned to. Although EY have n numbers of women oriented policies and flexibilities to avail, but at the same time you need an understanding team/manager to cooperate.
I resigned EY while I was expecting because of the work stress and lack of understanding from my team/manager. I would say as an organisation its a good place for women employees to work with (it becomes much more comfortable and balanced if you have an understanding team/manager as well.
