The company is manage more by woman than men's and all of them or most of them are moms.. as every company have a lot of things that can be better..
Very woman friendly.. we don't make any of discrimination just for been a woman..
However the company has grown exponentially and they couldn't have done it without robust policies.
It a a great US brand ,I did see lots of female employees there the last time visited. It is a male dominated leadership team and the pressures a single mother faces would probably be lost to them.
It all depends on which profile and process are you going for. a high demanding role may require you to put a lot of efforts and hours at time. Though the company do understands the employee concern and if possible try and help them too.
