Many of DF programs are run by women managers
There is good scope for networking since the organisation is well connected to prestigious institutions.
DF strongly believes in hierarchy and expects employees to refer to top management using 'Sir' or 'Ma'am'. They are also very rules-driven. For e.g.: time limit on tea breaks/getting reprimanded for 'chit chatting' and so on which I find to hinder productivity rather than enhance it.
There exists micro management at every level, leaving no room for independent decision making.
