Deloitte is a great place to work and women friendly.
But working on payrolls of Vcentric is not at all suitable for married women and especially mothers with kids.
Lots of restrictions for contractors by Deloitte and vcentric is not a good consultancy. Only one leave per month, which cannot be carried forward to next month, no sick or maternity leaves, useless insurance for 50000 rupees covering only employee.
On top of all these they fire contractors soon after the project is complete and you are not informed about the date in advance. Timings are from 11-8 and no flexibility for contractors. Sometimes it extends as well. No transport provided by Deloitte or Vcentric. She has to end up seeing her kids only in the morning if she can wake up before they leave to school.
So my advice for Sakshi is to avoid it by all means unless she doesn't have any other choice and earning is mandatory. Vcentric doesn't even pay well when compared to other consultancies.']
