a. Deloitte takes a lot of steps for inclusion, which is to say, to have a work environment where all employees are equal irrespective of their gender or race.
b. Prompt action taken against any kind of harrassment
c. Home drop after 11PM.
d. Work from home option (depends on your team, the kind of work and your manager)
a. No transport before 11pm. You have arrange your own transport (you could carpool with people who come from the same area).
b. You might have work pressure depending on which function you work in. (for eg, tax function is more hectic)']
