Most of its offices are ran by women chiefs, one of the two co-founders is an ambitious workaholic yet extremely kind-hearted woman (also a mom), and women from all over the world can be found working at Daggerwing Group.
Pros: extremely thoughtful management and visionary leadership that knows how to rally its troops and then be there all along to guide in the right direction.
Full of opportunities so long as you're seeking - career advancement planning available with mentors
Great place to sharpen yourself in every possible manner
Move on to be client-facing rather quickly
Well-rounded exposure to all project phases - from start to finish
Very competent compensation and perks
Cons: the whole company is more or less a zero tolerance for error zone. The expectation is for you to ask innumerable questions rather than make mistakes (especially, anything client facing or that even slightly impacts client). So, if you aren't an ambitious trooper eager to prove yourself and hit the road running, this isn't the place for you. This is a con because we are all humans and make mistakes but middle management - who you end up dealing with - isn't as empathetic as higher-ups. There's also a bit of conservative, hierarchical, buttoned-down atmosphere which isn't for everyone.
