Pros: not much. The only upside is that the model is good, and you might feel proud of being associated with the business model.
Cons: Except for the policies on paper, nothing else favours women in that organization. They are very rude and unfriendly when it comes to employee welfare. Typically, it is like the proprietor owned company that you would have seen 30 years back. Also, since this is a start up, the work load and risks are also very high; but ironically the returns are low.
