Overall, it is a women friendly organisation. Depending on your client, you can get work from home options too. Flexibility can be provided where possible.
Though women are considered equal at work place, it all depends on your manager and team members you are working with at that point of time. Sometimes you need to work in stretch hours and weekend too, again it depends on your role and kind of project you are in.
From the perspective of advantages, I would say that organisation is flexible as per woman employee's request but again that certainly varies from project to project. Otherwise, on a general scale, the workplace doesn't stress much.
Considering cons, money is a factor which I guess almost all IT service based organisations struggle with. Like others, CSC at times cut shot on payscale during appraisal cycles
