Overall, it is a women friendly organisation. Depending on your client, you can get work from home options too. Flexibility can be provided where possible.
Though women are considered equal at work place, it all depends on your manager and team members you are working with at that point of time. Sometimes you need to work in stretch hours and weekend too, again it depends on your role and kind of project you are in.
It was quite a stable work place with ample onsite opportunities.. the work force was pretty diverse too.. lot of ladies in the projects and was a respectful place to be..to be honest I cant think of any cons specifically for women based on my early experience with the company.
