Pros: The Europe, Japan and UK colleagues are very helpful and co-operative. The India setup is in Gurgaon and Bangalore and the flexibility you get is based on your manager.
Cons: You might have to work in Europe or Japan hours based on your role and the team you are working with. The India HR is not as flexible as Europe or UK HR. This could lead to some stress. You definitely need a solid support system for your children like day-care or grand-parents during the office hours to work efficiently.
