Firstly u will get good treatment from your manager but after that a lot of pressure targets and all that..u can't do anything after doing this job.
Very hectic schedule and timings are 9 to 7 on retail stores which is not a good point. One thing good is that there is 15-20 days training in 5 star hotel which is a plus point and u also get salary of that training.
Negative point is that salary growth is poor in Haryana but good in Delhi NCR.']
Airtel is an excellent organisation for not only women but for all hardworking aspiring generation.
It's a professional organisation. Very ethical.. women friendly .. transparent employee friendly organisation.
I enjoyed working with Airtel.
1. women employees have benefits with respect to security and daily work hours
2. There is a day care available for Kids in case you need it
3. Employees here are very supportive and they respect women
4. I dont think there are any cons with respect to work - life balance for women employees
Good infrastructure like cab facility, cafeteria facility, crech facility and shopping store is also there.
A lot of politics. People may take wrong advantage of yours. And if you dont agree to your bosses they may overburden you or humiliate you in front of whole team.
Airtel requires 24*7 availability, not possible for a single mother.
Anyway single mother or not, you can work at Airtel if you are a workaholic and don't mind having zero personal life.
Emergency can arise even at 12 AM or even at 2-3 at night.
It is a good place to work but it is too stressful a job to carry on for long.
You have to forget that you have a personal life or a family.
