My experience at Avaya was very good in terms of work culture and ethics. It is very women friendly. Option for Work from home is available, if you can work that out with your manager. But that off course depends on the job type. It mostly has flexible work timings, but again that depends on the team and the job type. I did not experience any gender bias as well when it comes to promotion or raises.
Now the cons, Avaya is going through a phase of bit uncertainty. Which means all the points that i mentioned above may not be applicable now. The management may decide to be less lax as it was previously.
Overall the work culture is quite good in Avaya and its especially well suited for women for most of the job types and teams.
My experience with Avaya has been great. Avaya cares for employees very much. though we do not have much perks but when it comes to Employees convenience, If your manager is good and approves work from Home (we do have this facility) at times needed and in emergencies.
