The company is women-friendly. Pros:
Annual and monthly leaves
Nice work Enviroment
Not alot of work pressure
The management is respectful, as well as helpful
People here address each other with alot of repect, which is very important.
No cons as such, but salary hike might be not that much.
Both the companies are good to work with for women. Since I have spent more time with Aon I find Aon better then Niit.
I will suggest to go with Aon as the HR policies and the facilities provided by them are better and I myself would want to join Aon if I have to choose.
It's a v woman friendly company
When I used to work it was Aon Hewitt. Now it's Alight solutions.
There could have been mane changes.
But as far as I can say, it's employee centric company being into HR solutions, it understands Employee point of views.
For woman, it's one of the best company.
Pros- From employee point of view, no of paid leaves are more than sufficient. After competition if probation period, even work timings are also flexible though sometimes only. No overtime required. Good work-life balance.
No work pressure. They take into consideration work with fun. Many trainings for employees improvement is being conducted time to time. Break time not fixed. Can be taken according to our own convenience. Phones allows so that we can always be in touch with family members in case of emergency. They understand and are flexible with single mother
Cons- there is no cons as such. Only transport, at my time they used to provide bus for pick n drop. Current situation I don't know.
