Accenture is a pretty good firm as you get a chance to learn a lot on different tools or applications. In future It does add weight on the resume by adding the firm name.
Pros: You get to learn a lot, that means we have learning tools and people can register to the learning courses and get the certifications which is worth thousands or lakhs of rupees for free if you clear in the exam.
This company always encourages employees to join several IJP's if you are not good at current work or career minded. So internally you can try to search for a different roles or positions all over accenture India.
Safety for women in pick up and drop cabs. If a women is taking a last drop in a cab, she gets a security who is responsible that she reaches safely at night. Also they get phone calls from transport for confirmation if they reached safe or not. Or did they face any issues.']
