Hi Geeta, Software testing can be a possible option to work from home. However in the beginning you may need to go in to your workplace a few times to meet your team and manager. How many years of experience do you have? It's usually easier to get opportunities if you are around the 3-4 years experience range, but if you had more, then employers would expect you to have project management or leadership skills or training. That is something you can do if you don't have already. This shows that you are proactive about your career on your CV. \nAlso have you checked the Sheroes job portal https://sheroes.in/jobs/search/skill/location/employment-type/work-from-home/career-level/company/page:1\nLet me know and we can talk further.\n

Hi Elitra,\nThe best way to get practical experience on your own, and apply the\nconcepts you have learnt, is to take the apps and websites you use and see\nif you can come up with a better redesign. The first step would be to do an\nexperience review, what's working and what's not. Investigate further, read\nreviews, etc about it, and then try to redesign it. I can probably review\nyour work if you need someone to do that and give you feedback.\nHope this helps.\nSoo\n\n\n

The domain in which i was trained in hcl, was very less and i was used as a shadow resource for that project only for 3 months.. Now i feel confused like what skillset should i give... Hi Preethi,\nThe best thing to do after a break is to (a) take some training in an area\nthat will be of use in multiple industries. Have a practical approach and\nmap your interests with the top skills someone with your experience would\nbe expected to have Project Management is a pretty universal skill for\nexample. (b) Reconnect with older colleagues to see in which areas they\nhave specialized in after working in the niche domain. Let me know if that\nworks out.\n\n\n
