Hello Parameshwari, I happy to hear about your decision to be a Coach. My view/ advice on being an NLP Practitioner - It's an added advantage to learn NLP concepts and techniques as it helps in managing our own state as a Coach, makes us intuitive. Some of my friends who are ICF certified ( PCC level) are also NLP Master Practitioners. \nI would recommend Neoway Academy ( I am Neoway Graduate) for pursuing NLP Practitioner program. (http://www.neowayacademy.com/)\nI hope I have answered your question. Do let me know if you need additional help or information.\n

Hi,\n\nI returned to work after my maternity break. My break is for 3 years and now it has been 2 years since i restarted my career. Am looking for job change. i have also mentioned about my break in my career. Will it affect my CV getting selected? Is it fine to add break in resume with the details of how productively the time is used? What is your advice on that? Thanks in advance.

Hello Jaya, Thanks for your email. Based on my experience, I would suggest that it's best to be genuine.Today, the organizations are unbiased and open. Typically the HR/interview panel evaluates a CV/ Candidate based on his/her current and previous experience. I too had taken a maternity break, but during an interview, I was evaluated based on my work experience and other skill sets. I hope I have answered your question. All the best.
