Kill that Demon

Most of the emails or queries I receive are on the fact that the industry has little or no opportunities for women lapsers.

Motherhood is seen as a barrier.

Let us first kill that demon.

There are enough women out there who have marhced out of home with a baby on her hip and have worked her way up, despite all barriers.

We do not need opportunities, we need to find them, dig them out.

Waiting for help is what the world expects women to do at times.

I went back to work when my daughter was three months old. I worked 10 hours a day and saw her awake only when she cried at night. I would stare at her sleeping face and wait for her to wake up. I did a job that I would have done without a baby. I did not leave early every day, I did not expcet my bosses to treat me differently.

That's where we need to go.

Finally every hand at work has to contrubute to growth.

We can prove to ourselves and everyone else that we can do that.
