Hi Sir,\nI am a newly married woman working in Surat. The company is building service consultancy based in UK and the sub-branch is in Surat. I am serving as Electrical Design Engineer. Here I learnt new software and trying to get home based work for the same. Sheroes is not including the software names in their skill list, hence i'm supposed to not get work from here. What should I do in this situation? Softwares are AGI32, Dialux, Revit etc. What should be my approach to get proper work from home or as freelancer? I am totally new to this.\nThanks,\n\nCharul

Charul, I'm not a software expert, so I can't tell you about the specifics of this particular software. Three suggestions. First, ask Sheroes--send an email to their contact us talking about adding these two proficiencies. But, even then, these are very specific competencies and software so there may not be enough buyers for these services on Sheroes. So, second option, is to prepare a presentation about your own capabilities and experience. Once that is done, first post it on your LinkedIn profile. Second, spend two weeks identifying twenty possible companies who might outsource some of their work to you--and send their HR persons your presentation and your willingness to work from home. Third, go to some other shared working platforms like Mechanical Turk of Amazon (and a few others), which are international. There you offer yourself for by-the-hour home-based project work on these softwares.
